Who we are

Nomadeum is operated by Nomadeum Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). The Nomadeum name, the software and the AI behind it are the property of its creator and are used by the company under licence. These terms are a contract between you and Nomadeum Group LLC.

Using Nomadeum

By creating an account or using Nomadeum you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18. Nomadeum is for your personal use. Use it lawfully; do not attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it, or use it to harm anyone.

What you get, and what it costs

Some of Nomadeum is free: the spoken introduction, the questionnaire, your audit, the first document in each part of your plan, four answers from Nomadeum to start, and three more every week. The rest is Plus:

• Plus is $14.99 a month or $149 a year, in US dollars, plus any tax your location requires. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Plus opens the whole plan: every document, daily check-ins, unlimited conversation, and Nomadeum reading aloud. Reading aloud and web search carry fair-use limits per day and per month so that one member cannot run up the bill for everyone; you will be told plainly if you reach one.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Cancel any time from the “manage” link on your plan page. You keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Refunds. If Plus is not for you, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, and for renewals, we do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or where the service was unavailable through our fault for a substantial part of the period.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Your content

What you enter and what Nomadeum writes for you (your answers, your audit, your plan, your documents, your check-ins and your conversations) is yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to generate, store, and sync it to your account. Nomadeum learns from every person it helps, and The Drip is how that learning reaches the next one: the lesson, in the de-identified form the Privacy Policy describes, never you. For free members it is part of the membership; Plus members can turn it off. We keep the first few questions each member asks, without your name, to learn what people come here for.

Health disclaimer

Everything Nomadeum tells you about your body is educational decision-support from an AI, not a clinical relationship and not a medical service. Nomadeum does not know what it has not been told, and it can be wrong. Validate health decisions with a qualified clinician before acting on them. Do not stop or change a prescribed treatment on Nomadeum's advice. You are responsible for your own choices.

Faith grounding

Nomadeum is built on the teachings of Jesus Christ, and it says so. That is what Nomadeum is built on and how it behaves; it is not a condition of using it. You are welcome here wherever you stand, and using Nomadeum implies no statement of belief on your part.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and everything in it from your plan page at any time; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm someone; if we do, any prepaid time you have not used is refunded.

Availability, warranties and liability

Nomadeum is provided “as is.” We work to keep it up and honest, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using it. To the fullest extent the law allows, Nomadeum Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A material change updates the version at the top of this page and, for Plus members, is sent by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Nomadeum after that is acceptance of the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If we have a dispute, write to us first and we will try to sort it out with you directly; anything that cannot be resolved that way is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Texas.
