Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026 · version 2026-09-27
This is the whole of it, in plain English: what we hold, who else sees it, what we promise about The Drip, and how you take it all back. What you tell Nomadeum is sensitive, and we treat it that way. Nomadeum is operated by Nomadeum Group LLC, a Texas company.
What we hold
- Your sign-in. Your name and email address are held by our sign-in provider, Clerk. Our own database stores a reference to your account and your email, nothing more about who you are.
- What you tell Nomadeum. Your answers to the questionnaire, the audit and plan Nomadeum writes, every document, every check-in, and your conversations with Nomadeum. They are saved to your account so they follow you across devices. Signing in is required; nothing is kept for people who are not signed in.
- Your first questions. The first four things each member asks are kept in a list without your name or email, so we can learn what people come here for. Nobody but the founders can read that list, and it is never joined back to who asked.
- Billing. If you subscribe, Stripe holds your card and billing details. We hold your Stripe customer reference, your plan, and when it renews. We never see your card number.
- Operational logs. Our servers log that requests happened and how long they took. They do not log what you typed or what Nomadeum answered; a log line carries only the length and a one-way fingerprint of the text.
- Your email, if you ask for news. If you leave your email under a shared answer or on our earlier waitlist page, we keep it only to email you news about Nomadeum. It is never sold or shared, and it is not linked to anything anyone asked Nomadeum. Write to the address below and we delete it.
When Nomadeum shows crisis help lines, we now count it — with no words, no names and no link to your account — to make that help better.
Who else sees your data, and why
Nomadeum runs on other companies' services. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job, under its own contract with us. None of them may use your data for anything else.
- Clerk — sign-in and your account identity. You will see their name on your sign-in email.
- Stripe — payments. You will see their name at checkout and on your card statement.
- Hosting and database providers in the United States, where the application runs and your record is stored, encrypted at rest.
- Computing infrastructure. To answer you and to speak, Nomadeum processes what you write on secure computing and language infrastructure. Nomadeum's spoken voice is produced the same way when you ask for something to be read aloud. That is the only thing your words are used for; they are never sold, shared, or used to train anyone else's systems.
- A web-search provider, when a question or a document needs current information. It receives the search query, not your record.
- Image and music providers, when you ask for a picture or a song. They receive that request.
A current list of these providers is available on request at the address below.
We do not sell your data. We do not show your personal information to other members. We do not advertise to you and we share nothing with advertisers.
The Drip — a gift to the next person
When Nomadeum gets something right for you, or gets it wrong, that lesson could spare the next person who walks in carrying the same thing. The Drip lets you give that lesson forward. It is a donation of experience, never of your identity: your name and anything that points to you is removed before anything leaves your record, and what remains carries no link to you at all, not even one we could follow. For free members it is part of the membership: it is how a free account pays it forward. Plus members can turn it off, and turning it off stops it that moment. What was already given has no name on it and cannot be taken back, which is the whole point.
What that means, exactly:
- Nothing identifying leaves your record. Your name, email and contact details are dropped. Exact figures are widened: your age becomes a five-year band, your height and weight become a band. Your free text is never sent; only structured patterns are. The date is rounded to the day.
- Nothing links a contribution to you. No account number, no code, no hash. We could not find your contributions again if we tried, and we do not try.
- Only crowds are read. Patterns are drawn from groups of at least twenty people, and a detail shared by fewer than five is never used. A pattern that fits one person would be that person, so it is never drawn.
- We will never try to re-identify anyone from the Drip, and anyone who works with it is bound by contract to the same.
- It is used only to make Nomadeum better — better guidance and, in time, training for Nomadeum's own model. Never sold. Never shared. Never shown per person.
- Plus members can turn it off, and that stops it. From that moment nothing more leaves your record. What was already given cannot be found or taken back, because it has no link to you. If a Plus subscription ends, the account becomes a free one and The Drip is part of it again.
Your choice is recorded with the version of this policy in force when you made it. If this section materially changes, we bump the version and ask you again.
Your rights, and how to use them
- See and take it. Every document, your audit, your plan and your check-ins can be read, copied and downloaded from your plan page at any time.
- Delete it. “Delete my account & all data” on your plan page removes your account, everything in it, your sign-in identity, and any Drip contributions tied to you. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Stripe keeps the payment records the law requires it to keep.
- Plus members can opt out of The Drip whenever they like. Anyone can delete their account, which stops it completely.
- Ask us. Write to the address below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will answer within 30 days.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you cancel Plus, your plan and record stay in your account so that coming back means picking up where you left off. If you delete your account, it is gone.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped to your signed-in account; there is no cross-member access. Secrets live in server configuration, never in the code. Nobody at Nomadeum reads a member's record except to fix a problem that member has reported.
Children
Nomadeum is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold a child's data.
Changes
If we materially change what we hold, who sees it, or how The Drip works, we update this page and its version, tell Plus members by email, and ask opted-in members to review their consent again.
